Email Validation Failure Causing Signup Issues Due to ZeroBounce Auto-Renewal Failure

Our third-party service ZeroBounce failed to auto-renew credits, which caused the email validation process to stop functioning correctly. As a result, new Setmore customers were unable to complete both Free and Paid signups on the Setmore website, as even valid email addresses were being marked as invalid. We have manually added credits to restore functionality and are currently working with the ZeroBounce team to identify the root cause of the auto-renewal failure and prevent recurrence.
